Today I want to talk to you about #FOCUS
There are two doors that distract you from things.
Physical door - people walking in and out of that door.
Mental door - things that cross your mind and distract you.
We can not get rid of these distractions but we can help control them.
Schedule your distractions - you can't stop them from happening but you can schedule it and have dedicated time for it instead of going back and forth to the distractions all day long.
So when you have a distraction, write it down on a list and put that list away until it's time for your scheduled distractions for the day.
The more in the zone on 1 thing you can stay, the more productive you will be.
#Tag someone who is extremely focused or needs help with some focus!
