ACFC Coaches Catch Up

A great conversation with Gary Middleton! Somebody who I respect massively having had the pleasure of watching him coach over the past 6 months! There is so much to learn from watching Gary and this conversation will give you a flavour for how he tends to work! Hope you enjoy

Pruds is a top top guy and one of the funniest men I have ever came across! Not only a great man but a fantastic coach and somebody who effects everybody he comes into contact with! Enjoy the listen

A chat with good friend and top top coach Ben Carr. Ben is the Foundation Phase Lead at Sunderland AFC and is the coach who really triggered my love for coaching! An expert at building relationships with players and a special coach to work with. Enjoy!

An honest and insightful conversation with Middlesbrough Academy manager Craig Liddle. One of the best coaches I have worked with and someone who I have huge respect for! Enjoy ⚽️

A conversation with former Gateshead College and Sunderland AFC coach Paul Bryson. Paul has a wonderful way with people and I don’t know anybody who has a bad word to say about him. On top of this, a top top coach who people can learn a lot from. Hope you enjoy ⚽️

An unedited conversation with former Sunderland AFC Academy manager and current Head of Academy Recruitment, Ged McNamee. Talked all things recruitment and football, however as you’ll hear, it all boils down to the person and what values you’re providing them. The interview finished with the longer quick fire round ever, in true Ged style! A great guy and a wonderful mentor. Enjoy ⚽️
