In this Episode: Welcome back to the Achieve Results NOW! podcast with your hosts, Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone . In this episode, the guys break down the official Achieve Results NOW! Goal Setting Template . Setting goals can make you feel incredible when you achieve them, but writing them down and keeping the momentum alive can be a massive challenge .
To pull you out of autopilot and ensure you are chasing things you actually care about, Theron and Mark lay out a tactical, 5-step roadmap to clarify your vision, measure what matters, and pack your objectives directly into your subconscious mind .
The 5-Step Goal Setting Template 1. Identify Your Number One Target
The Single Impact Goal: Choose one core area of life—such as health, income, or relationships—and pinpoint the single most important goal that will create the largest positive impact on your life . Write it down clearly .
Ditch the Stale Goals: If you have been dragging the exact same goal around for years without making any real progress, drop it . It is likely a goal you aren't genuinely passionate about . Pivot to something deeper that actually excites you .
Clarify Your True Desires: People often fall off the wagon because they confuse what they want with how to get it . For example, if your true desire is to lose weight, don't set a goal to run a marathon; running 26 miles isn't exciting unless your genuine goal is to finish a marathon .
Fuel for Tough Days: You will rarely have just one reason for pursuing a target . List out your multiple "whys," write them down, and actively refer back to them on the days your motivation hits a low point .
The Magic Number: Brainstorm a large list of tasks, trim away the fat, and narrow your focus down to your top three critical action items . Three is a manageable number that prevents procrastination .
Start Today: At least one of your chosen actions must be something you can physically execute today to build immediate momentum .
The Management Rule: If you can't measure it, you can't manage it .
Measure Actions, Not Just Results: Goal setting is a marathon, not a sprint . If you only gauge your success by the final outcome (like losing 50 lbs), it will take a long time to see progress . Success is never a straight line; it is full of ups and downs .
Tick the Boxes: Shift your standard of measurement to your daily action items . If your goal is health and you successfully complete your three workouts for the week, celebrate that as a verified victory, regardless of what the scale says .
The Identity Shift: Write your goals as if they have already been fully accomplished . Use empowering, affirmative language (e.g., "I am a super motivated, hungry, passionate person"), which trains your subconscious mind .
Rewrite from Memory: Do not simply copy your goals word-for-word from the day before . Handwrite them daily from memory . This practice keeps your targets at the top of your mind throughout the day, allowing you to easily spot new opportunities and cleanly adjust your language as your internal clarity improves .
Pick Your Number One: Select one core life pillar right now and write down the single highest-impact goal you want to achieve .
Define the Immediate Action: Write down three steps to get there, and execute the first step before your day ends .
Draft Your Present-Tense Statement: Convert your goal into a positive, present-tense identity statement and commit to rewriting it from memory tomorrow morning .

In this Episode:
Welcome to Episode 5 of the Achieve Results NOW! podcast with your hosts, Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone. In this episode, the hosts dig into a fundamental cornerstone of human performance: genuine self-belief. While maintaining confidence is simple when you are actively winning, it becomes exponentially harder when you hit a plateau or fall into a failure rut.
Theron and Mark unpack how the subconscious mind functions through internal questions and explain why the human brain naturally focuses on external criticisms. To counter this, they provide a structured look at building a personal "Success Journal" (or Brag Book) designed to anchor past victories, map real progress, and pull you out of a mental slump.
The Two Pillars of a Success Journal 1. Acknowledging Your Positive AttributesOvercoming the World's Criticism: The human brain is naturally designed to look for threat and error, making it incredibly easy to fixate on what is wrong with yourself rather than what is right. Building a personal "brag book" is a private, necessary tool to build a healthy self-image—not to display to others, but to look at when you are feeling low.
The "Three-Deep" Friend Interview: Uncovering your own positive attributes can feel deeply awkward or difficult if you grew up around critical influences. To get an objective view, ask your closest circles what stands out about you. Because people naturally default to shallow compliments initially (e.g., "you have great hair" or "you're nice"), use the phrase, "Is there anything else?" asking three times sequentially to push past the superficial layer and find the authentic value you bring to the table.
Contextual Questioning: Frame your inquiries around the specific environment of the relationship. Instead of a broad, awkward question, tailor it directly to the connection:
With Business Partners: "What makes us effective business partners?"
With Coworkers or Employers: "What do you find most valuable about my work as an employee?"
With Family: "What do you think makes our dynamic as a friend/son/daughter strong?"
Documenting Past Wins: When you experience a milestone or breakthrough, do not simply move on to the next task. Take a moment to explicitly write a paragraph or two detailing how you felt, what you learned, and why that success mattered to you.
Tracking Micro-Victories: Long-term progress is incredibly difficult to see while you are in the middle of the daily grind. Keep your tracking ultra-simple. A single sentence documenting that you successfully executed your baseline targets—like hitting your three planned weekly workouts—is enough to solidify momentum.
The Left-Right Notebook Layout: To tie your execution to your tracking, utilize a single physical notebook configured by split pages:
The Left Side (Morning): Handwrite your top 3 to 5 clear goals first thing when you wake up.
The Right Side (Night): Document your daily victories right before you go to sleep.
Reviewing these split pages at the end of a quarter or a year gives you undeniable, written proof of exactly how far you have traveled.
Deploy the "What Else" Test: Approach a close friend or a professional partner this week and ask them what specific traits make your connection strong. Remember to ask, "Is there anything else?" to push past the initial casual answers.
Log Three Legacy Wins: Tonight, open a notebook and document three distinct successes from your past (from high school, college, or early career) that you are still fiercely proud of today, detailing what it took to achieve them.
Split Your Page: Dedicate a notebook on your nightstand to the Left-Right framework. Write your targets on the left tomorrow morning, and seal your wins on the right tomorrow night.

Welcome to Episode 4 of the Achieve Results NOW! podcast with your hosts, Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone. In this installment, the guys build directly on their motivation framework, shifting the focus to internal metrics. While external inspiration is great, long-term drive is built by daily habit engineering and tactical reinforcement.
Theron and Mark reveal the cognitive science behind physically handwriting your objectives every morning across three core life pillars. They also share a behavioral approach to rewarding your own progress without accidentally sabotaging your hard-earned momentum.
Two Core Strategies for Daily Momentum 1. The Daily Goal Rewriting Habit (Health, Relationships, and Income)The Magic of Pen and Paper: Simply reading or thinking about your goals is an excellent baseline, but physically handwriting them every single day activates your subconscious mind. Think of handwriting as slowly chewing your food rather than mindlessly inhaling it; it forces your brain to deeply digest the inputs. Keep it short, sweet, and manageable within a 5-to-10-minute window each morning.
The Brain's Visual Filter (The Deletion Creature): Human beings are natural "deletion creatures"—we are biologically incapable of processing every single environmental input at once. When you fixate on a target, you program your subconscious to notice hidden paths to get there. It is the classic car phenomenon: the moment you decide you want to buy a specific model, you suddenly start seeing that exact car on every street corner. They were always there, but your brain was deleting them until you set your filter.
The Three Core Life Pillars: When organizing your daily 3-to-5 goal sentences, structure them across three distinct categories, ranked by absolute baseline priority:
Health (The Ultimate Foundation): Without your health, you are dead, meaning nothing else on your list matters. Keep it specific rather than general. If you currently do zero workouts, a specific goal to execute exactly three workouts a week is a massive win. Avoid stacking too many massive health shifts at once (like cutting soda, lifting weights, and changing your diet all on Monday morning); isolate and conquer one habit at a time.
Relationships (The Happiness Driver): Your overall life satisfaction is directly tied to the health of your connections. Relationship goals must focus entirely on your behaviors, not the actions of your spouse or kids. You cannot control others. Instead of writing, "I want my spouse to be nicer," frame the goal around your own outputs, such as, "I will actively bring more warmth and patience into my household today."
Income (The Value Output): Financial targets are the easiest to quantify, but many adults working traditional 9-to-5 tracks feel entirely trapped by a fixed salary. To shift your income inside or outside your current box, focus on adding more tangible value. Find areas within your career to shoulder more responsibility, or launch a weekend side project using your specific personal talents to directly serve the market.
The Incentive Architecture: Human psychology responds to incentives in the exact same manner as training a puppy. Yelling at or punishing a puppy yields zero positive behavioral updates, but consistently rewarding positive execution with praise and small treats builds rapid conditioning. You must integrate intentional checkpoints into your larger goals to avoid physical and psychological burnout.
Strategic Physical Resets: If you hit your fitness metrics for two consecutive weeks, reward your sore body with a professional massage or an outdoor hike. In nutrition, a calculated weekend "cheat meal" acts as a powerful cognitive and metabolic reset, keeping your system from falling into complete overload.
The Trap of Unplanned Rewards: To prevent your rewards from turning into setbacks, you must explicitly plan them in advance. If you casually say, "I'll just figure out a reward this weekend," you run the risk of sliding into an uncontrolled multi-day binge that starts on Friday night, bleeds into Monday morning, and completely erases your weekly progress.
Launch the Goals Journal: Put a dedicated physical notebook right next to your bedside tonight. The absolute moment you wake up tomorrow morning, handwrite your top 3 specific goals for the week before you check your phone or start your day.
Draft Your Relationship Metric: Identify one specific, positive action you can take to elevate the environment in your home today, and execute it without expecting immediate reciprocity.
Schedule Your Milestone Reward: Look at your primary goal for the next 7 days and explicitly write down exactly how, where, and when you will reward yourself this weekend the second that task is checked off.

In this Episode: Welcome back to the Achieve Results NOW! podcast with your hosts, Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone. In this third episode, the guys dive into the tactical mechanics of protecting and fueling your personal motivation. Momentum doesn't fade by accident; it drops because of the environments we settle into and the lack of a clear destination in our sightlines.
Theron and Mark reveal how to inventory your closest circles to phase out toxic drag, break past the friction of building your first physical vision board, and configure your mind's GPS for daily success.
Two Core Strategies to Fuel Continuous Motivation 1. Managing Your Association Matrix (Avoid, Limit, Surround)The Average Rule: Borrowing a timeless truth from personal development legend Jim Rohn, your attitude, habits, and income will eventually match the average of the 5 to 10 people you spend the most time with.
The "Avoid" Category (Eliminate Toxic Drag): We all have people in our lives who instantly dissolve our great moods or pull us away from high-value targets (like health or financial goals). As adults, you cannot afford to make excuses for keeping bad influences around out of obligation or comfort. Audit your relationships and outline the top 3 people you must cut out completely.
The Natural Group Pivot: If you are terrified of hurting people's feelings by abruptly ending friendships, focus heavily on adding positive, high-achieving individuals to your circle. Naturally, your time and attention will shift away from the old groups and fade into associations that reflect your future.
The "Limit" Category (Phasing Out Loving Friction): Family members and childhood friends often drag your energy down out of deep fear or a desire to protect you from risk. They love you, but they lack your vision. Limit your exposure to their skepticism. If necessary, have an honest conversation: "You are highly important to me, but I am on a specific journey to improve my life and I genuinely hope I have your support."
The "Surround" Category (Chasing Excellence): If you want to get world-class at martial arts, you have to spar and roll with practitioners who can consistently beat you. Seek out financial, physical, or career experts.
The Law of Service: High achievers are too busy to participate in a one-sided pity party. To get successful people to hang out with you when you aren't at their level yet, approach them with an attitude of service ("How can I help or add value to what you are building?"). Be genuinely positive and remain hungry to learn.
Breaking the "Too Much Work" Trap: People consistently put off building a vision board because they overcomplicate the mechanics. Your vision board should be an ever-evolving collage of the exact places you want to visit, the things you want to achieve, how you want your body to look, and the empowering words that fuel your drive.
Modern vs. Old School Assembly:
Digital Folders: Use platforms like Pinterest to create a streamlined, password-protected vision board folder. Pin every inspiring car, milestone, or landscape that strikes a subconscious chord.
Analog Slices: Keep a physical manila folder in your room. When reading through travel, car, or business magazines, ruthlessly clip out words (like Mark's cornerstone word: "EPIC") or images and drop them inside. Magazine subscriptions function as automatic monthly reminders of what you are building.
The Science Fair Framework: Go to the store, pick up a trifold science fair presentation board and a simple glue stick. Print out your digital folder treasures, combine them with your magazine cutouts, and stick them up.
The Morning & Evening Bookend: Do not hide your finished trifold inside a closet. Place it in a high-traffic area of your bedroom or apartment where you are guaranteed to look at it first thing in the morning and right before your head hits the pillow. Dedicate just 30 to 60 seconds to lock onto those visuals; it serves as a powerful mental GPS anchor that sets your alignment for the day ahead.
The Circle Breakdown: Grab a clean sheet of paper and organize your immediate network into three columns: list 3 toxic people you must Avoid, 3 well-meaning blockages you need to Limit, and 3 to 5 high-performing leaders you intentionally want to Surround yourself with.
The 24-Hour Folder Test: Create a digital album on your phone or a custom folder on Pinterest tonight and drop in the first 5 images or target words that ignite inspiration inside you.
The Trifold Launch: Commit to heading to a local store this week to pick up a trifold science fair board and a glue stick so you can transition your goals from abstract thoughts into undeniable material reality.

Welcome back to the Achieve Results NOW! podcast with your hosts, Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone. In this second episode, the guys break down three interconnected pillars of long-term personal performance: mastering your physiological and mental state, breaking out of the "automatic" goal traps of adult life, and expanding your daily capacity for genuine gratitude.
Whether you are stepping into a high-stakes business meeting, preparing for a workout, or winding down for a date night with your spouse, this episode details why your internal state creates your external reality—and gives you immediate actions to upgrade how you show up.
Three Core Pillars of Shifting Your Results 1. Mastering Your Peak State (Physiology & Internal Dialogue)The Posture Connection: If you are sitting slouched in a chair looking down at the floor, you cannot expect your brain to fire with high energy. Your physical posture acts as a thermostat for your mood. Stand tall, roll your shoulders back, and intentionally shift your physical frame to trigger confidence.
Oxygenate Your System: Shallow breathing is the default mode for most stressed adults. Bring awareness to your respiration. Taking deep, intentional breaths for even 10 to 30 seconds functions as an instant reset switch for your energy.
Flip the script from "Why" to "How": We are constantly asking ourselves subconscious questions. Asking negative questions like "Why can't I lose weight?" or "Why does this always happen to me?" forces your brain to generate discouraging answers. Catch your internal dialogue and swap out the word "Why" for "How" ("How can I solve this?"). This simple shift forces your mind to instantly pivot toward a solution.
The Magnetic Effect: Stepping into sales calls, presentations, or family play sessions in a peak state entirely changes your outcomes. High energy and absolute focus inherently attract positive results.
The "Automatic" Trap: During our school and college years, our milestones are structured for us by educators, and we are surrounded by a peer group moving in the same direction. As adults, if we aren't careful, the only goals left on our plates are handed down by employers.
Passion Over Obligations: It is critical to learn how to set goals based on your own internal passions rather than someone else's expectations.
Start Small: Don't get paralyzed by massive, multi-year objectives if you've never practiced goal setting before. Exercise the muscle incrementally. Start by defining exactly what you want to achieve today, or deciding on a target for how you want to feel by the time your head hits the pillow tonight.
The Antidote to Jealousy: It is incredibly easy to fall into a rolling trap of critical self-talk or looking at others and thinking, "I wish I had what they have." Jealousy is a toxic emotion that paralyzes progress. Gratitude shifts your mental focus to the assets you already possess.
The Journal Routine: Dedicate a few minutes at the end of the night to physically write down the things you appreciate. Doing this consistently for one week will radically alter your daily disposition.
The Advanced Practice (Finding Hidden Wins): Borrowing timeless wisdom from Zig Ziglar, challenge yourself to find reasons to be grateful for the things you don't normally like. If you currently feel stuck in a difficult job, intentionally practice being grateful that it provides the capital to keep a roof over your family's head. Finding the positive inside a negative environment aggressively builds your mental resilience.
The Posture & Breath Reset: The exact moment you finish listening to this episode, stand up (unless you are driving!), pull your shoulders back, adjust your body posture, and take 5 to 10 deep, solid diaphragmatic breaths to prime yourself for your next task.
The Goal Split: Write down one clear, ongoing habit change you want to make (e.g., reading educational content for 30 minutes a day, exercising 3 days a week) paired with one simple, short-term goal you can fully achieve within the next 7 days.
The 3x3 Gratitude Audit: Tonight, grab a notebook and list 3 obvious things you are grateful for (like family or health), and 3 challenging things you normally complain about—then explicitly write down one reason you can find to be grateful for those challenges.

In this Episode:
In this Episode: Welcome to the very first episode of the Achieve Results NOW! podcast, hosted by Theron Feidt and Mark Cardone. In this foundational episode, the hosts dive into why winning your day starts the moment you open your eyes (and even the night before). They break down the anatomy of a high-performance morning routine, addressing key components like planning, wake-up strategies, physiological resets, hydration, and nutrition.
Whether you consider yourself a natural morning person or are someone who wakes up early strictly "by force," this episode provides practical, immediate actions to help you build energy and focus that will carry through the rest of your day.
The Three Key Factors for an Outstanding Morning Routine 1. Start the Night Before (Develop Your Game Plan)The Pilot's Checklist: Just like a pilot wouldn't step into an airplane and guess their next steps, you shouldn't wake up and wander blindly into your day. Sit down the night before and intentionally map out your morning routine.
The "Big 3" Priorities: Define 3 to 5 realistic goals or tasks to tackle first thing. Narrow those down to your top three non-negotiable priorities—the items that, if completed, guarantee your day is a massive success.
The Opportunity Clock: Reframe how you look at your alarm clock; call it your "opportunity clock." To beat the temptation of the snooze button, move your clock or phone 10 to 20 feet away from your mattress. Physically getting out of bed to turn it off breaks the habit of subconscious snoozing.
The Early Wake-up Strategy: If you currently wake up late (e.g., 8:00 AM), don't suddenly force yourself to wake up at 5:00 AM. Start incrementally by setting your clock 30 minutes earlier, using that time efficiently, and gradually expanding your morning window as you see the benefits.
Combating Dehydration: Your body wakes up severely dehydrated. Drink a large glass of water (ideally 8 to 16 ounces) immediately upon waking. If you struggle with plain water, try adding lemon or a natural, non-sugary flavor packet to get it down.
Water First, Coffee Second: While coffee contains water, it is not a substitute for true hydration. Drink your fresh water before hitting your morning cup of coffee.
Protein-Packed Fuel: Avoid standard morning crashes caused by donuts and heavy carbs. Fuel your brain and body with a clean, high-protein breakfast (such as eggs, fruit, or shakes) to sustain your focus and stay satisfied well into the afternoon.
Oxygenate the Brain: Before doing anything else, take 5 to 10 conscious, deep diaphragmatic breaths. This simple act opens up your lungs, floods your brain with oxygen, stimulates your nervous system, and immediately helps you shake off morning grogginess.
Keep Movement Simple: Morning exercise doesn't require an grueling hours-long gym session. Keep it manageable and consistent by engaging in a 15-to-20-minute neighborhood walk, yoga, simple stretching, cardio running, or martial arts. Movement inherently builds momentum.
The Alarm Trick: Move your alarm clock or phone completely away from your nightstand tonight so you are forced to physically stand up and walk to turn it off tomorrow morning.
The Hydration Station: Place a glass of water right next to where you turn off your alarm so you can rehydrate your body instantly.
Write Tomorrow's Routine: Jot down the top 3 priorities you want to hammer out tomorrow morning before the rest of your household wakes up.
Next Episode Preview: Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss our next installment! On Episode 2, we will discuss how to get your mind and body into a peak state, how to properly flex and exercise your goal-setting muscle, and explore the life-changing power of gratitude.
