To achieve your goals, you don't have to spend 12 hours of your time. When you are disciplined, you establish rules that you can methodically perform every day.

If your goal is to get up at 7 in the morning every day for 1 hour for a great workout, do it every day, and you will see results. It is the same for losing weight or getting money. There is no difference.

So from today, instead of sleeping and complaining, get up early or go to bed late to achieve your dreams.
