不妨正視一下你的人生中無法成長茁壯、或是造成你的困境的那些部分，同時瞭解到，你的意識的這一部分，已經偏離了上主眼中對你的愛，因此你需要在這處境中添加愛。請以這樣的眼光來看待你的人生。你的人生並沒有問題存在，僅僅是缺乏愛而已。
