｢上主是愛，因此，我也是愛｣這句話是非常重要的。為什麼要不斷反覆地說這句話？因為直到你瞭解｢你是由上主的形象所造，因此你是慈愛的，且是富有創造力而能夠自我展現的生命｣；你必須瞭解這就是你的本質，你才不會經驗到恐懼。
