今天，請給予自己自由，成為真正的自己。允許你的感覺以充滿愛的方式表達出來。請勿把你的負面情緒傾倒在別人的身上，這不是愛的表現。如果你感覺到那些負面的情緒，不妨離開一下，並且問問自己：｢如果我感覺很糟，這表示我偏離了軌道。我能否用另一種眼光來看待此事？必定有另一種方式來看待此事的｣
