Sam is the founder of Imagis, a managed IT and cybersecurity firm, Scale Right Partners™ , a strategic consulting firm and the Scale Right Collective™, a global community for leaders seeking alignment and peer support.

Across these platforms, he has worked closely with founders navigating the invisible costs of leadership: control, isolation, and identity erosion. Seeing the same patterns repeat across industries led him to develop the PROFIT Strategic Alignment Method™ — a practical framework for aligning people, systems, and strategy so organizations can scale without losing their soul.

After building and scaling multiple ventures, Sam reached a realization few leaders articulate openly: outward success without inner alignment leads to burnout, performative leadership, and quiet disillusionment.

Rather than doubling down on optimization, he chose to redesign leadership itself — integrating psychology, systems thinking, and conscious strategy.


This philosophy is now being codified in his newest book, The Liberated Path, a manifesto for leaders ready to reclaim their freedom, power, and purpose.
