Serious Sunday & today is a very serious subject - we talk parenting, particularly bad parenting.  This is following on from the case of little Arthur in the news, the 6 year old boy killed by his father & partner recently in the UK :( We discuss a number of cases & neither of us understand how or why anyone could do this to a child, let alone their own....  Our thoughts are with all the families effected by this & pray no more small people "slip through the net" as the authorities say!

Sunday is here again & we have a guest.... The food guru & legend that is AJ Slambino!! We thought  we were getting a social media legend on to talk all things food (our favourite F word) turns out he is also a wrestler - who knew!!  Anthony has become Tiktok famous for trying UK foods & giving his honest opinion on them. Soph is devastated that he doesn't like Twiglets or Branstons pickle, while Rich is even more desperate to try a roast dinner & a fry up now lol.

Today is Friday & would normally be fun, however we are changing it up & having a serious topic today. This is because the Kyle Rittenhouse case we are going to discuss is going on in the news right now & we have had lot's of people asking our views & what we think. It's safe to say that we are both in agreement regarding both the case & the outcome & it has caused a lot of up raw in general.... We are genuinely interested to know people's opinions on the matter, whether you agree with us or not.   The usual weekly update of what we have been doing across the pond, as well as a weekly update. This week the series review is Cowboy Bebop & it gets a split decision - Rich is a fan, Soph is not LOL. It gets an overall 4/10 & is on Netflix, let us know what you think.

Not so serious Sunday.... We have a guest - the one & only Yorkshire Peach!! Lisa is literally our show in a person - she is from the USA & now lives in the UK. She is a Tiktok sensation with nearly 800 thousand followers, documenting her journey & the differences across the pond. We talk all things food, accents, driving, schools & the law; you name it, we talk about it!!  Lisa confirms to Rich that we have fizzy Lemonade in the UK & explains to Soph the whole drive through banking system - our minds are blown LOL.
