Don't Panic!

Is what I'm telling myself after our most listless performance since...well, a few weeks ago.

But it's not in any way doom-or-gloom here at ASFB Towers.  We're looking forward, with special guest Dan Herman, who brings incredible insight and a bit of perspective to this week's Pod.  

Dan, Greville Waterman and I getting invested in a look at our longer term concerns for the club, as well as a discussion of what might turn the tide against a Wolves side coming off an equally stinging defeat.

Shows what I know.  After our stomping by Newcastle, matches loomed against Brighton and Chelsea - and I'll admit I thought we might be in real trouble.  4 of 6 possible points in the bag, I'm feeling like it was 2 points dropped!  We've come a long, long way baby.

Looking forward and not backwards, Tom Conwell joins us from Philadelphia to sort out Brentford's problems.  Problem is, there no real agreement amongst Tom, Greville or Tim of even what our best team is.  A thoroughly fun conversation results, to take the gloom off any memories of last Sunday.

No wait...don't go yet!  There was actually a lot going on for Brentford last Sunday, and a lot to chew over!  Nearly every player in the match against Bournemouth requires some discussion (sorry David Raya!), and the imminent clash with a resurgent Newcastle is something to think/worry about as well.

Turns out that even a turgid draw with a team we should totally be beating leads to really interesting conversation.  This is entirely due to the quality of our guest this week, the one and only Dustin Senor.   Each week I've been blessed with extraordinary people to talk all things Bee, and Dustin was extraordinary.

We are honored to have Jonny Rosen on the podcast, all the way from very, very sunny California.  He tells us about his journey to becoming a Brentford fan and what makes this club the only one he could support.
