An object at rest stays at rest.

For our purposes, we will do what is called backward planning.

This is the method of planning that I was trained on in the military and continue to use today.

It is very simple, and it does require judicious use of time management.

Backward planning requires the starting point with a result and a time and date that result will be accomplished.

It is quite possible that you to use backward planning in your daily life to accomplish certain tasks, goals, or missions. But you’re just not aware of what it’s called.

A life coach encourages and counsels’ clients on a range of professional and personal issues.

Life coaches help people to:

Recognize their skills, talents, and unique abilities

Acknowledge their dreams or figure out where their passions lie

Set or refocus their goals

Prepare for potential challenges and move past any obstacles that they do encounter

Stay accountable as they navigate the path to success

Build confidence

Consider alternative approaches they might not have thought of

With the COVID 19 going on many communities are still trying to figure out what they’re going to do with the upcoming 2020 - 2021 school year.

Some County school officials say their children will be going back to the buildings to attend class some Counties say they won’t.

Imagination is the best tool for building anything.

Without an Imagination, we would not have crossed the great seas, climbed the highest mountains, or ventured into the stars.

Use your Imagination to create your Emergency Action Plan, and have fun in the process.

This is a bare minimum three-day food plan.

Keep at least a three-day supply of non-perishable food in your pantry.

Select foods that require no refrigeration, preparation or cooking.

If you have young children, consider adding a couple of their favorite non-perishable snacks as comfort food.

Rotate the stored food through your daily eating plan.
