This week, we have the phenomenal Natalie Ojevah MBE with us. Natalie is a Vice President at Barclays, and in 2020, she created Barclays' Black Founders Accelerator, which has supported over 115 Black-founded businesses. In 2022, she was awarded an MBE for her contributions, and she currently serves as Eagle Labs' Diversity & Inclusion Lead. Natalie shares why receiving such recognition was important to her, especially as a descendant of the Windrush generation.

Natalie is also the co-founder of The Hustle Table podcast, where she and her co-hosts inspire listeners with lessons from their careers. In this episode, she opens up about how her career journey began and the driving forces that keep her pushing forward today.
