The ACT natural Podcast explores ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training) from a variety of prospectives. While prospectives on talk therapy such as the CBT application are covered, the emphasis is on the training/self-management prospective since ACT has a firm foundation in Radical Behaviorism and self-management is very much an integral part of applying radical behaviorism to one's life.
