Act Your Age: Our Journey to the Top

This week Brian and Ethan discuss “Top Gun: Maverick”. The much anticipated sequel to the 1986 classic starring Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer and others.

They go on to discuss the creative drive within Tom Cruise and the crew behind this amazing sequel.

They close on the topic of Quentin Tarantino. A man known for making and producing uncompromisingly creative films. Quentin Tarantino and his long time friend Roger Avery are releasing their own podcast, centered around old films and stories.

They go on to discuss some promising new films coming to theaters soon such as "Avatar 2: The Way of Water" and Tom Cruise’s "Top Gun: Maverick."

In this weeks episode, Ethan and Brian discuss topics such as Christian Bale in his upcoming take as a Marvel villain, the repercussions of attacking Dave Chappelle, and the legend of Josh Brolin.  These topics lead to the overall message of us all being enough for whatever our goals are, but only if we are willing to put in the time and work that it takes to make those goals a reality. 

This week Ethan and Brian discuss the often over looked piece of the creative puzzle. Down time. The film industry is half “we need you RIGHT NOW!” and half “be early to wait”.

In the second half of the episode they close on the topic of moderation. Just like finding other hobbies/activities is important, it's also important that you practice those hobbies in moderation so other areas of your life do not suffer.
