The Lisa Lax Agency is a full service talent agency representing professional actors in the Mid-South and now the "Big Apple."

The Lisa Lax Agency represents talent for film television, print, performance and commercial projects. It will continue working to place actors in jobs in the Mid-South even as it opens up opportunities for New York-based talent.

With the release of the Original Broadway Cast of Hamilton on Disney Plus this week. I have  the current Broadway Cast Members Tamar Greene (Washington), Giuseppe Bausilio, and Chicago ensemble cover for Washington, Burr and Madison Mulligan Keith Webb. The most fun to date during a podcast. Three really great characters all on different levels sharing their very personal histories. Really great time!! 

 

The People Store has been in existence for 30 years.  It is one of the most respected agencies in the South. I have had the pleasure of sharing clients with this amazing office. Thom Milam, formerly of Henderson Hogan in New York and Jennifer Hummel are the point persons for all the theatrical talent division. Brenda Pauly who is also the owner along with Rebecca Shrager and Rick Estamond as President. All incredibly brilliant lovely people. 

I have worked with this office for 3 years in total and Atlanta is one of my very favorite places to visit. When I am ready the VGP second office will be in Atlanta.

Listen as Kristan Serafino and Host Vincent Palumbo "Cut up" Kristan is a Hairstylist for woman and men in the industry. She is considered an authority on Men's Grooming and  her steady clientele respectfully consists of Ryan Reynolds, Kelsey Grammar, Matthew McConaughey to name a few.  She started on her path late. Lend an ear to how fate literally sat in front of her, paving a path that has skyrocketed into great relationships. Her warm, joyful, confident, and professional  presence demands loyalty because you really wouldn't want to be anywhere else. 

Jelani Remy, Jawan Jackson and Nasia Thomas bring a joyful mix of the road traveled and ending up on the Broadway Stage. We discuss their individual journeys, their success as the original Broadway cast members of Ain't Too Proud Broadway and Nasia's transition into Caroline or Change. Jelani going from cover to Eddie Kendricks in four months and those wonderful stage moments we all try to forget. Actor Gabe Fazio is in  currently  appearing opposite  Mark Ruffalo in I Know this Much is True directed by Derek Cianfrance. He has  also supported in a role opposite former classmate  Bradley Cooper in The Place Beyond the Pines. In turn, Bradley used him in a role in A Star is Born. He has studied with the great teachers one being Elizabeth Kemp, and his mastering his craft has made him one of the most committed , transformational actors I have come to know.
