  1. What are your favorite games? Whenever you’re stressed out or need to find the solution to something, think through it as much as you can for due diligence, then take a mental breather and either play some games or take a few minutes to meditate and just focus on breathing in and breathing out.
  2. What is something that you can do regularly for exercise?  If you’re not doing anything right now, even standing up to take walks around the block outside are better than nothing.
