Karen loves singing and writing her inspirational songs, but what she loves just as much is swimming. From starting out as a competitive swimmer training for the Olympics as a child, to her record of being on the first Women's American Relay Team to cross the English Channel, to her beloved swim team with which she trains California - she has learned many lessons from the water. Since our theme for this month is community, Karen will share how an individual sport like swimming actually has taught her the most important lessons about community, sharing and teamwork. Join Karen as she sings, and tells stories of her many years as a swimmer and how the lessons apply to our daily lives. No swimming or singing ability required to enjoy her talk!

Join us this Sunday to learn how to drop the drama, stop the story and step up to a better way of living.

Today, we explore and experience the profound meaning of these words.
