Active Leeds' Leisure Centres are back open for business and Rich catches up with instructor Leasa Garbutt to find out how it feels to be delivering classes in person again.  We also hear from Active Leeds member Tracey about her personal journey to fitness and we get tips from Fitness Coordinator Simon on squeezing gym visits back into busy schedules and new hybrid approaches to fitness.

In this episode, Rich talks to Active Leeds' Head of Service Mark Allman and Business Manager Steve Baker to find out when the Leisure Centres are likely to reopen.  We also hear from Selina Thompson about how to stay fit with a long term health condition and Fitness Co-ordinator Simon has some tips for staying healthy at home or in the gym.
