Really Good Paleo Turkey ChiliReally Good Paleo Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
The Basics:
Olive oil to coat the pan
2 Large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
9 regular size carrots, chopped
3-4 zucchini, chopped
3-4 yellow squash, chopped
3-4 Peppers, any color, chopped
2 lbs ground turkey
The Spices:
4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Paprika
3-4 tsp Red Pepper flakes (less if you don't want it spicy)
3 tsp Cumin
Dash of Cayenne (if you like it spicy)
The Liquid:
2-14 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1-28 oz. can Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
Take all your basic ingredients (minus the meat) & get them cooking in the olive oil. Salt & Pepper generously.
Add the meat, some salt & pepper, & let it cook for a little bit.
Add the spices & give it a good stir.
Add the liquids & bring to a boil.
Lower heart, then cover, & let simmer for about 60 minutes.
Take the cover off for the last 10 minutes.
*Can also make in a big batch & then freeze in batches.
