Marsha grew up in a small hamlet and attended a 2 room school house. Though that experience, she has learned teamwork and collaboration.
She lived down the street from her grandparents house and spend time in nature. Life was simple and peaceful.
Transformation.
Her story started with her struggles with infertility.
Two years ago, her work team won a trip to Vietnam. On the way home, they stopped in Korea and visited the fountain of youth.
This is also the first time Marsha had an online presence. While there, she met some amazing people and kept in touch. She had build relationships online.
She flew to India to meet up with some friends she met on the initial trip. She was hosted in a home and experienced the local culture.
When she returned to Canada, She started looking for local yoga classes.
Two sudden passings created stress for the family. This was a turning point.
A year later, Marsha returned back to India for Yoga teacher training with her childhood friend Happy Jack.
While she was away, her husband had half built this room that we are sitting in.
When she came home, she started teaching mindfullness. There are 8 limbs of yoga.
She is fortunate to have a great support team.
The paint on the walls is called "Bird of Paradise" Her mother in law's favorite flower.
Marsha shares how she is more awake and open to signs. She is open to new opportunities.
