The ladies are great.  Both Crystal and Lise are off.  While Crystal will be keepiing busy running around, Lise is crazy busy.  Working...training.  Lise is looking forward to the long weekend at the cottage.

Mike had a mishap wiht the van...so they while family will be going to the cottage in the civic. Three adults, 2 kids, all of the luggage and 3 bikes on the bike rack.

Personal tragedy in the family renders Lise quite emotional.

Tim Bosma's wife is an Epicure consultant. 

Crystal had people to come and look at a vehicle they were selling.  She did get the Ebbie- geebies while they were there.

In this episode, Summer is finally here.  The weather is beautiful and the Mommas send the kids to school wearing shorts.  Crystal does remember to slather some Isagenix sunscreen but Lise did not.

Some if the kids in our neighbourhood have been biking to school, but Lise will not allow it.  The road is too dangerous in the Mommas opinion.

It's been a long time since we last recorded.  It's been crazy with work.  Lise discusses working Sundays and Crystal is not use to working that much.  It's Lise's recovery week from training, so of course, she schedules everything else during this time.  Winter is still here and the snow tires are still not on. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)  can be overwhelming at this time of the year.  Crystal mentions some of the symptoms.  The Mommas compare the weather during the March Break and Easter.  

It's been a while since the last time we recorded.  Busy Active Moms Lise and Crystal had a hard time connecting over the last few weeks.  They have more than made up for it with this 1 hour long chat.  Crystal chats about her skiing day as well as shares her deliscious Epicure Thai Salad Rolls.  Yum Yum.  The recipe can be found on the www.activemommas.com website as well as the facebook group page.

There are many activities that you can do over the March Break.  Crystal will be skiing and Lise might be going to Niagara Falls.  There are more activities that do not cot a lot.  Check out the local libraries for programming, the local community centres and www.mommyworld.net website.

This is actually episode 45, not 44 like it says in the intro.

In this episode, Lise attends the Magic Show, while Crystal calls an ambulance.  Fortunately she carried bendryl in her purse.  This may have just saved her life.

Lise gets a breaktrhough on the bike.  She is now able to peddle coomfortable at 80CAD.  Lise posts a picture of the dry erase boards she uses for the spelling works.  Meanwhile, Lochlin uses a word wall book for all of his no-nonsense words.

Lise watched the "Worlds Stricktest parents" on CMT.  The episode she watches took place in Chicago with the Davis Family.

Lise has also done an interview with Dave Jackson from the Logical Loss podcast.  He is just a reagular dude trying to loose weight.  He is not a doctor or a trainer.  This is just one of many podcast Lise listens to on her long commute, while doing housework, or while taking the dog for a walk.
