Kids are back to school next week.  Crystal bought her boys shoes online, at the shoe company.  CAA and Amercian Express card holders get discounts.

Crystals boys have been learning new songs this summer by going to guitar tap 911.  This week, Grant was away, so the boys had a lesson with Andy the owner of the Modern Conservatory of Music.

November 10th is our Glitx and Glamor womens only event in support of Cervical cancer, and more specifically a local family that has been affected by cancer.

Type 1, insulin dependant.  The pancreas  cannot produce insulin.

Type 2, There is too much insulin produced, and the body becomes insulin resistant.  This is a lifestyle induced disease.

A change in diet is the best way to control type 2 diabetes.

It has been hard over the summer to coordinate schedules to be able to record.  This long over due show features highlights of Grant and Sarahs music camp.  The kids created their own band at the end of the week, the Golden Rule Breakers, and played for their parents.  They had a great time playing with Boom whackers as well as imitating the sound of rain with their hands.
