Acts 18:5-11

Many people go to 1 Corinthians 1 and claim the Corinthians weren't baptized for the remission of their sins. After all, God didn't send Paul to baptize. However, in Acts 18 we learn when Paul got done preaching to them, they responded by believing and being baptized. What's that about?
