Acts Church

Christmas is not just about presents, Christmas trees and mummy kissing Santa Claus. It is about the greatest gift of all that was given to mankind.

And this gift was the birth of Our Saviour, Jesus Christ, born on Christmas day. This wonderful gift, was given by God, Himself and the reason why Christmas is such a significant time not just for Christians but also for all of mankind.

Confidence, also known as faith is such an essential part of our Christian walk. The Bible tells us that Peter walked on water. If we let confidence lead us, we too can be used by God to do great things.

In this message Pr. Kenneth shares how we can grow our confidence to experience amazing miracles in our lives and in the lives of others. We hope this message encourages you to be more confident and observe Christ’s call on our lives that we would have childlike faith.

How are you responding to your discouragements today?

Be motivated to finish your race well as Pr Kenneth Chin gives us a frank discussion on the effects of discouragements and how we can persevere with endurance in our own journey of life.

In today’s culture, celebrities are highly celebrated for their pretty faces and worldly accolades. Jesus however was sent down by God as the most simple of men and got despised because of His looks. To the people, He simple didn’t look like a saviour would.

If we reflect on our own lives, how easily do we feel ashamed of someone because of their looks? Or judge people because of their outer appearance?

In this sermon, Pr. Kenneth shows us what exactly Jesus had to go through to save us from our sin. And yet after all these, He did it anyway!

Faith is such an essential part of the Christian journey. Some of the greatest biblical victories we read today were conquered through great faith. But what exactly is faith? And just how much of it does God require from us?

“Faith is the currency of heaven”, it opens the floodgates to God’s good and perfect blessings for us if only we can believe. In this sermon based on Mt 17:19-21 and Hebrews 11:6, Pr. Kenneth explores the realities of why it is impossible to please God without faith.

The Bible say that when we ask anything in His name, it will be given to us. Do we really believe this? Are we really convicted that He can do all things? And do we know why God answers our prayers?

Pr Kenneth shares with us 3 reasons why God answers our prayers.

God wants us to grow in our capacity as believers, even in the face of challenges and situations that we have no control over like the economy and the state of our nation.

Listen in as Pr Kenneth shares with us from the Parable of the Ten Virgins, on how we can build our spiritual muscles so that we can experience the abundant life that God has for us.

You need faith when there are a lot of unanswered questions ahead of you.

Jesus Himself, chose the cross as the way to die and to redeem us from our sins. Did you ever wonder why he didn’t die another way?

Pr Kenneth shares with us 9 ways on how and what we can be generous with.
