This week in the series “Mythbusters”, Pastor Andrew gives part 2 of the Myth: "Sanctification is a process” For us to fully live fruitful lives, we need our minds renewed, and our faith established on the work and person of Jesus. The one who has become sanctification for us.

Andy Stinespring unpacks the difference between rest and recovery. Too often we wear busy as a badge of honor and forget to rest. Rest is essential to fullness in life.

Pastor Andrew continues the summer series entitled “Mythbusters” in this message he begins to deal with the myth that there are still places of separation from God. But in new covenant realities, there is no such thing. the separation was always on mans side of the equation, and it was always God coming to man to restore what had been lost.

Pastor Andrew brings part 2 in the message on Religious Infection. II Cor.13:5 tells us to test ourselves to see if we are in the faith. Religious Infection will cause us to read passages like that backwards. We tend to look introspectively at what is wrong with us instead of what is right with Him! Faith is about what Christ has done and our ability to believe it.

Religion damages us by putting question marks where God has exclamation marks. Are you saved and secure? Are you completely forgiven and unconditionally loved? What if you sin? What if you fall away? These are some of the areas that cause us to backslide into a humanistic Christianity. That type of Christianity puts man on the treadmill of works and religious effort to secure what has already been secured in Jesus.
