Today we begin a new series on Honor. This week it starts with “What is Honor” Ultimately it is defined by a culture of Love and vulnerability. It looks like a people who know how to love, and create a culture and atmosphere where freedom is paramount and choices are allowed. It allows people to treat others like we would treat Jesus. “If you’ve done it to the least of these, you’ve done it to me"

Pastor Courtney shares a part two message on Family, the focus is on love and intimacy. Love is the vehicle to revival! We are learning to love well, be known and truly be family. You will be encouraged, called higher and prepared for the coming harvest!

There are gems for us to discover when we lean in to hear and perceive. John’s account of the crucifixion and resurrection are filled with gems that speak to anticipation of the coming One, Jesus and His glorious resurrection. It is important for us to lean in to expect breakthrough even in the most seemingly simple things that God is doing. Listen and perceive, you will hear Him call your name and you can personally experience Him.

This week pastor Andrew talks about an eternal hope that is anchored firmly in the fact that the Godhead is interceding and praying for our victory in life. There is not one part of our life that is worthy of hopelessness because Hope is in the One who gives life, not the circumstances of life.

Furthering the discussion of the Acts Two Church core values, this talk reviews faith and risk. Knowing that faith is birthed in Jesus and He’s the one perfecting it, we have every assurance of his good leadership. Being reminded that risk means opportunity, it is our faith allows us to risk. under Jesus’ authority.  Several Biblical and personal examples are shared, as well as a discussion on what holds us back from risking and how we overcome that.

It’s one thing to recognize generosity as a principle and live by that principle, it is wholly another thing to live beyond the principle and live according to the nature of the God who is generous. We give because of who we are. Giving from that perspective allows the world to see who are connected to. It is then no longer about us, but the one whose nature is radically generous.
