The Orion Nebula, M42, is one of the brightest targets in the entire sky. M45, the Pleiades is the largest, brightest open cluster in the sky and a fine binocular target. And last but definitely not least is the Perseus Double Cluster, one of the most beautiful clusters in the galaxy.
