After a nice (and much needed) couple of weeks off, ACTV's Day Off is back. This week, we talk about the start of the NCAA Women's Hockey season with Junior Reaghan Pietrowski!

Today, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Benny Mateialona. He is the first head coach in men's rugby history at Adrian College. Their team has beaten Michigan, Michigan State and Notre Dame already this year. He even gives us five key words to know for watching rugby!

Arrington Ice Arena continues to ramp up its schedule, and so we brought one of our hockey insiders, Johnny Costello onto the podcast. Plus, the football team has a big test coming up next weekend.
