This episode is pretty much a 100% telling of my day yesterday. But yes, my favorite moment of the day was watching a new family that moved here from California this week explore their new house for the first time, that they will be getting the keys on tomorrow. They purchased it, and we will close at 11 AM today! They are ready for it. I am so excited for them, and so humbled to have been part of the process!

Today is gonna be a fun one. I am trying to fit in the gym, so I'm off.

Hi y'all!

So yes, today will be the first day ever where I have all of my kids in school at the same time, so you could guess that I am excited for this moment. It has been a long time coming, and I am so lucky that I am in this place in my business where this is possible, and where it makes sense. I do love being around my kids, but as I get more involved and more immersed in my career and company, there more I want to be present.

I am in love with my office, and I love being there. Most days I will go straight to my office after dropping off the kids, but ironically, I think today, I will be driving across town for a meeting with a potential client. Fingers crossed.

Since I left my computer at my office, and if you are on SoundCloud, you will notice my album art is not uploaded. I will fix that later today when I have my regular laptop with me.

This episode was a bit of a shorter one, and I kept referencing myself as boring, lol. Yesterday I just unloaded so much, that I felt like I didn't have much to say today.

I do have a client that traveled across the country to buy a home, and that hopefully will happen today. They got into town yesterday, and have been staying in hotels for almost a week. A handful of kids and even more pets, they are ready for their keys to be handed over.. AND I don't blame them!

So I am off to the gym, then to get all of the little's kids stuff ready for school. Wish me luck. Getting back into this groove two days a week will be a tiny bit of a challenge. They need so much stuff for school, since they are so little. They need a change of clothes, diapers, nap map, extra sleeping stuff, backpack, lunch box, and to be presentable. Lol.

This update has been long overdue, and I apologize for that. But the growth my business made in the past month would make a Mama proud. Lol. And I didn't leave y'all totally hanging.. If you haven't check it out already, listen to the #THEROADTO series, where I am documenting the planning, development, founding, and building of my new company, Jo & Co. Realty Group.

You can listen to this episode to really become up to date on my life, but a lot has happened in the last month, and I am sure I will keep thinking of things to share with y'all. Like I went to the National Achievers Congress, and got to listen to Barbara Cochran (LOVE HER), Gary Vaynerchuck (LOVE HIM), Robert Herjavec, and George W. Bush. I learned so much from their words. They are all truly amazing people that have accomplished so much in their lives. Anyone would get so much out of looking up to any one of them.

Hi y'all!

So if you didn't notice, I accidentally called this episode 9, because I didn't realize I had recorded 9 already. But any who. In this episode I talked about networking, and a little bit about how I am using it, or plan on using it.

As you can see, this was recorded on the 22nd, and so much has already happened. I indirectly talked about how I bombed "the last networking event", but was going to give it one more try.
