God has called us to practice what is true. It begins with being honest about who we are in relation to the knowledge of who God is. We can not walk in truth or prepare our children for the realities of this fallen world if we, as parents, are submitted to and walking in a faithless and doubtful posture.

On the topic of making an impact in today's culture, AC shares what she has learned about the power of influence and how she chooses to use the works of her hands to make the greatest impact in her life, family, and the people that God brings into her sphere of influence.

Episode 14 is a continuation of the previous episode on isolation. The actions we take before and during what AC calls the mental health storms determine how favorable the outcome will be. Depression and anxiety were storms that are now testimonies that AC is eager to share to inspire and encourage others.

Physical and mental isolation can often appear as though we've been abandoned or perhaps trigger feelings of regression to a season when we were not the best versions of ourselves. AC recounts two occasions of mental and physical isolation that God used as a reminder to rest, revealing its benefits and the protection that isolation can offer.

We cannot serve God and mammon. Understanding for ourselves and teaching our children about God’s economy is Economic 101 for the believer. God’s perspective on wealth, debt, wages, earnings, taxes, and forgiveness is crucial to knowing who really sustains us.

Episode 11 is a transition conversation from toddlers to teenagers.

AC shares what she and Hubby envisioned for their relationship with their teenage son and what saved them during the disrespectful teenage season. Layering the learning starts at a young age and does not stop once you're an empty nester. As iron sharpens iron, our children need us through their teenage years and beyond!

Toddlers and Teens are two of the most challenging seasons of parenthood for AC. This episode is one of two where AC will highlight how she made it through these tumultuous seasons of motherhood. AC had to reexamine her toddler's negative behaviors and address the tantrums differently in order to enjoy the toddler years, not simply grind through them.
