Seth Rorabaugh of The Athletic joins the show to talk some raw unfiltered Pens with Crowley, which is a refreshing break from all the AB talk that's killing us. Crowley then catches a case of the itchy hands, and we dive deep on the internet which is always a good idea to figure out just what is causing the itchy hands. What kind of show is this. We start hour two by having Adam Caplan of Sirius XM NFL radio join our show. He's live from Phoenix at the owners meeting and he gives us the scoop on some rule changes up for vote as well as how executives int the league view Big Ben, AB and the Steelers in 2019. Crowley makes a passionate pitch towards the March of the Penguins, he lays it all out there as to why, and wait for this, the Pens injury's might actually be good. Crowley starts there by eviscerating Oakland's new player who cant stop thinking about the Steelers. Mark Kaboly then hops off the pot and on the phone line to talk to us from the owners meetings in Arizona. He and Crowl man talk about the meetings, what Tomlin had to say, and how Dale Lolley clogged a toilet. We then take a listen to some audio AB himself released, a conversation with agent Drew Rosenhaus (not checking that) back when he was still on the trade market.

We kick off things in the third and final hour today by talking some Steelers YA! and not that bull crap AB or Bell talk, I'm talking real dirty football talk about the actual team. Tomlin spoke today, Colbert spoke yesterday, Crowley tells you what you need to hear from them, including that the Steelers are getting a replay guy! The second hour of the show today gets underway by Crowley talking about how electric GMJR's trades have been this year when it comes to the March. But he also softens the mood by saying these trades don't even sniff some of GMJR's best work. Jesse Marshall hops on the program to get all analytical with Crowley's ass and tell us just what has made the Penguins play click of late. We also get back into that possible third line of Bjugstad, McCann, and Hornqvist, or as we like to call it, The Horny Panthers.
