Final hour of the show gets started with Matt Williamson hopping on the program. No Steelers this Sunday so Matt and Crowley take a trip around the NFL and survey the league landscape as we approach the quarter mark of the season. Crowley then gets into what Keith Butler had to say about Bush and Barron and how he's sick of the coaches saying players need to fit in with what they want to do rather than just playing to their players strengths. Second hour of the show gets started with us discussing the Rudolph Fichtner thing. It's clear that with Mason Rudolph, Randy Fichtner might be getting a little exposed as an offensive coordinator without having that hall of famer to fall back on at QB. No it's not Big Ben this time, instead it's Randy Fichtner who kind of threw Rudolph under the bus today when speaking with the media. Crowley tells you why he doesn't have a problem with what Fichtner said, but he does want to see it said behind closed doors and not to the media. Brian Batko, the Bat Man joins the show to tell us about how hard he's been grinding at the Steelers facility as well as talk about Mason and the upcoming game against the Bengals. Stephen A Smith said something dumb about the Steelers and we take the bait and listen to what he has to say to end the hour.

They talk around the NFL, how the Steelers being 0-3 is like a strange acid trip, and of course they get into AB. It's hoktoberfest, and we are juiced up about the Pens season to get underway. Tim and Crowley discuss the 0-3 start to the season, Tim poses the idea that this could be one of the worst sports seasons in Pittsburgh in a long time, and Tim is also a little triggered reminiscing about the time they were thinking about putting the casino in Hays. Crowley then wants to try his chops at the NFL teams record quiz after hearing how well Shirtless Tom did.
