Whole wheat is not healthy because instead of growing naturally it is made by a wheat center in New Mexico. Years ago, wheat had 14 chromosomes, now it has 42. This makes it Genetically engineered. These altered genes can be from anything and they pass through the intestinal tract & into our blood.
Bread, crackers, pasta, wheat, grains etc are all converted to sugar once digested. All sugar not used within 2 hours will be stored as fat. Example: If you eat popcorn at 2pm you have until roughly 4pm to burn it off or it will be converted to fat by the body.
