Addiction is a serious thing in the world we live in. Not everyone is aware of the things to which they are actually addicted too. Vaping? Caffeine? Sugars? Working out? What are the short-term and long-term effects of these addictions?

Trauma. A word that gets thrown around a lot these days and rightly so. We all have different forms and types of trauma. However, trauma isn't a badge to wear, nor is yours better or worse than someone else. At the end of the day we each experience life in a completely different way. We all have "shit" to work through.
