Deciding to leave a special education classroom is a tough decision that some special education teachers find themselves facing. Both myself and my guest, Kim, have left a special education classroom. Kim went to work in a special education setting in a different school, whereas I opted to leave the school system and go work at an ABA center. In this episode, we talk about how we made our respective decisions and offer advice for others contemplating making a chance.

It has been one year since I left the school system and went to work for a private ABA center.
