Thakaidzwa Doran founder and CEO of Texperience, a crowd management company that helps event organizers give their clients a safe and unique experience. In less than five years of its existence, Texperience has managed from a small crowd of 150 invitees attending a private event to significant events attended by over 10,000 people. Between activities, Thakaidzwa would join renowned crowd management companies in Europe to experience firsthand how this industry is developing in these markets. He also regularly attends seminars on new ways to enhance the experience of visitors attending an event.
He applied his acquired skills from both his studies and travel to create restaurants and hotels' guidelines to resume business in this COVID-19 time. In Curaçao, Texperience has assisted 45% of the top of the line hotels and restaurants on this matter. Texperience is also the company assigned by the government to coordinate the quarantine services for people arriving at the island, both resident and non-resident, that test positive for the virus of COVID-19 and lately the elections.
As a native of Curaçao, Thakaidzwa is a soccer fan. However, the sport he enjoys playing is basketball.
