A huge victory in Vancouver last Friday steadies the ship for The Nine Stripes and with six regular season games remaining, the battle for the title is intensifying!

It was an unlikely lad - Nyal Higgins, who has been superb since returning to the lineup in the draw with Forge a few weeks ago - who grabbed the game-winning goal after just four minutes, as the team dug deep to keep a crucial clean-sheet. That was despite losing centre-back Noah Abatneh early in the first half due to injury and Elijah Adekugbe forced to drop deep. 

It was a fifth shut-out of the season for goalkeeper Thomas Vincensini, who was also named Allstate Goalkeeper of the Month this week: the second time he's claimed the award this term. 

We get the post-game thoughts of Head Coach Benjamín Mora and Elijah Adekugbe, while OneSoccer's Adam Jenkins joins in the second half of the show to run the rule over York United's championship credentials and the new-found optimism at the club this season.
