KL Wells recently changed the course of her career after witnessing her son’s experience with drug addiction. During this time, she sought to find support and answers but couldn’t find a resource that had all that she needed in one place. So, her desperation continued to escalate, and thus, VoicesInCourage was created. Now her mission is to help families recover and heal from the trauma of loved ones suffering from the disease of alcoholism and addiction.

KL has also turned this into a career in which she collaborates with and coaches CEOs, senior executives, board directors, trustees and philanthropists. This allows her to enact change not only with the executives, but with the workforce as a whole.
