Dave Ramsey says the number 1 cause of marriage failure is financial hardship. While this has merit, we believe that financial hardship is symptomatic. It’s a symptom of what you spend your money on.

◦Addiction comes in many forms. Substance, alcohol, porn, screen time, sports, fantasy sports, friends, work, and money, food, eating out. 

◦ What your addicted to is an idol that takes the place of God. You can usually tell what your addicted to or what your idols are by looking at your bank statement and schedule.
