HOW I GOT SOBER WITHOUT AA
This video is about my experience in getting sober. I have learned so much when it comes to rewiring your brain and I want to pass the information on, more importantly, I know there are people out there who have tried AA and it hasn't worked and there are those out there that don't want to go to AA. This is by no means a bashing of AA I love AA and the work it does this is just my experience and my intention is only to help others out there that are struggling with addiction.

IF YOU NEVER QUIT YOU WILL NEVER FAIL.....FACT!!
Just think about all the times you called yourself a failure and quit! Now ask yourself what would have been the outcome if I dusted myself off, got up and tried again! Failing is part of life its how we react to the failure that will determine our success!
If you never quit you will never fail and guess what you are in control of the choice to quit so the next time choose not to quit and get up and try again!

In this video, 36 ways to remain an alcoholic, I'm going to give you clear directions on how to live a life of misery and stay an alcoholic! Sounds stupid to do a video like this right?? Well here is the cool thing about this recently I came across a guy who I find truly inspiring and he is a super successful genius who has elevated in all areas of life and is doing pretty well for himself his name is Alex Harmosi and he adopted a process from charlie Munger who is the vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway and is a billionaire so he knows what he is talking about and it is called inversion thinking which basically means solve problems in reverse. See our brain is better at finding problems than it is at finding solutions. So with this process of inversion thinking you maximise this ability by picking an area or a topic where you want to find the best solutions and we list every problem we can think of because evolutionary that's what we are designed to look for is find the problems then we flip it in reverse to find the solutions and I find this really helpful and pretty cool and as I said you could do this for any area of your life and today's topic is designed to help people stop and stay stopped when it comes to drinking alcohol or using drugs.

Lies are a common thing and everyone has told a lie in their life but if you called them a liar they would go batshit crazy! But what about the lies you tell yourself? They can ruin your life or even worse take you to a place where you think suicide is a good option!
As men, we have been told vulnerability is a weakness and that is bullshit! Vulnerability is one of the biggest strengths we can have as a man! It's time to deal with what's going on internally so it doesn't negatively impact your or your loved ones' lives externally!
If we don't deal with the pain & trauma we experience then we can pass it on to our children because our children might fail to listen to us but they will never fail to emulate us!

Let me ask you something: In your mind, do you have an image of how you would love your ideal self to look like? Do you know how your ideal self would love to live like and be like?
Do you know who you want to become as a human being?
And I am not talking about who you want to be in terms of profession, career, or anything like that. But rather, who you would love to be as a human being.
Do you know what your core values are; what you stand for. And what are the things that matter to you the most in life?
Are the certain people who inspire you? People, whom you look up to? And who can help you become the person you aspire to become?
Dare to create the life of your dreams by first asking yourself how your dream life would like and feel like. How your ideals self would look like, think like, feel like, and live like. And then to step into the reality of your ideal self by working to embody all that your ideals self stands for.
Self-image is important because how we think about ourselves affects how we feel about ourselves, how we feel about ourselves creates an emotion and the emotion creates our behaviour and the behaviour creates an action so essentially it is a massive part of how we create our own reality, it also has a big part to play in how we interact with others and the world around us. A positive self-image can boost our physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being
As you might imagine, self-image is related to what you see when you look in a mirror, however, it goes much deeper than that. Self-image refers to how we see ourselves on a more global level, both internally and externally.
The Elements and Dimensions of Self-Image
Although there is no widely agreed-upon framework for the aspects of self-image, there are some proposed types and dimensions.
The three elements of a person’s self-image are:
1. The way a person perceives or thinks of him/herself.
2. The way a person interprets others’ perceptions (or what he thinks others think) of him/herself.
3. The way a person would like to be (his ideal self).
The six dimensions of a person’s self-image are:
1. Physical dimension: how a person evaluates his or her appearance
2. Psychological dimension: how a person evaluates his or her personality
3. Intellectual dimension: how a person evaluates his or her intelligence
4. Skills dimension: how a person evaluates his or her social and technical skills
5. Moral dimension: how a person evaluates his or her values and principles
6. Sexual dimension: how a person feels he or she fits into society’s masculine/feminine norms
Confidence Mastery Ep 4-8 - 5 Steps To Improve Your Self Worth
Self-worth is determined mostly by our self-evaluated abilities and our performance in what we value in life. Your sense of self-worth helps you to trust your own judgment and make better decisions, which are important qualities that can help achieve your goals in life. Self-worth can lend you the confidence to go for what you want in life and as a result, you can live a life you love. Self-worth is the quality of being worthy of esteem or respect. ... Simply put, we have tied self-worth to net-worth. As a painful result, we began to make judgements about our own life value by the possessions that we own. But, in reality, our life is far more valuable than the things that we own we are more valuable than material possessions!
Why is Self-confidence important??
Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life. You know your strengths and weakness well, and have a positive view of yourself. You set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively, and can handle criticism
How you feel about yourself is a key issue in achieving anything in life. By developing your self-confidence, you will be able to achieve your goals, take opportunities that come your way and also have the strength to overcome any obstacles. So essentially the higher levels of self-confidence you have the better chance you have of achieving your desired goals and taking back control of your life!
DO YOU KNOW WHAT SELF-CONCEPT IS AND HOW ITS IMPACTS YOUR LIFE?
