When it comes to my businesses, I always ask (and try to answer) this question: how can I make what I offer more valuable to my clients? One answer that keeps coming up for me is originality, meaning my spark, my light, what makes me able to help people in the way only I can. I realized that a big block to letting that out was not forgiving myself for a lot of things I did or didn't do in the past. In this episode, I talk about how forgiving may be easier than forgetting, the three types of forgiveness and how that will help us help others.
