Exercise is good for our body, but did you know it can also boost your mood, improve your sleep, and help you deal with depression, anxiety, stress, and more? It makes you feel better and gives you a sense of wellbeing, and high self-esteem.
With physical fitness, comes a level of commitment, and below are some obstacles we need to be aware of before starting this commitment.
Write down these obstacles, if you resonate with them:
Emotional eater: eating to suppress anger, fear, loneliness, boredom, sadness, and it can disrupt your weight loss efforts.
Feeling exhausted, depressed, or stressed.
Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or depressed.
Feeling hopeless.
Feeling bad about yourself.
Feeling pain or discomfort in your body.
