Striving to ensure fair representation for underrepresented groups and spearheading initiatives that embed DEI principles into the organizational culture, Bolu continues to tackle issues such as discrimination, limited promotion opportunities, insufficient support for minority candidates, and fostering inclusive work cultures. As a Board Member for the City of London’s Education Board, Bolu also provides strategic advice to enhance inclusivity in affiliated schools.
