Drawing from a rich background in Recruitment Consulting across diverse industries, and having navigated the challenges faced by both organizations and employees in cultivating DEI values, Bolu has worked to drive positive change from within.

Striving to ensure fair representation for underrepresented groups and spearheading initiatives that embed DEI principles into the organizational culture, Bolu continues to tackle issues such as discrimination, limited promotion opportunities, insufficient support for minority candidates, and fostering inclusive work cultures. As a Board Member for the City of London’s Education Board, Bolu also provides strategic advice to enhance inclusivity in affiliated schools.

As psychologist & psychodynamic therapist at Marie Curie, Epiphany Leone has a keen interest in addressing the need for racial competency in both therapeutic training and professional practice. It is this focus that allows her to understand, recognise, address and amplify conversations around intergenerational trauma in people of colour. What is intergenerational trauma?
