There was something a little bit different about Chicks Talking Footy this week. Did Rachael not bag the Hawks for once? No, that’s not it. Did Bec not do The Feels? No that’s not it. Did they have a new guest host? Yes, that’s it.

Joining Bec and Rachael this week was debutant David Beckett, the self-described caretaker host. He showed endeavour, guts and gave his all for 4 segments. We think he’s got a bright future.

Reilly O’Brien the Adelaide Crows ruckman jumped on the line for a great chat about the game, the club, living in Adelaide and pizza at Don Pyke’s place – he’s really enjoying his footy at the moment and so are we.

Lots of team talk throughout the show and Dave predicts Ross Lyon will be the coach of the Adelaide Crows in 2020 – he might have gone a bit far with that one.
