In today’s episode I share why it is important to build in time for fun and play with ADHD. Two PDF tools are shared in this episode. The first is a “Play Menu,” which  is designed  to support identifying what activities look and feel like play to you. The second is a “Gamifying Tasks” tool to use when you are confronted with a task in which you have little to no energy to complete. By identifying some playful “gamification” strategies we can often check them off with more ease. Both PDF tools are included at the end of the show notes.
