About Our Guest:
Ezra is a native Philadelphian who grew up in a warm, supportive, Torah Observant family. Despite a negative Torah day school experience, he gave Judaism a second shot, and fell in love with the beauty of Torah at Ohr Somayach Israel. To make a long story short, his life’s mission is to bring the joy, authenticity, and autonomy of the Beis Medrash system to children as early as possible. Ezra’s best friend and partner in everything is Adina Elstein, and they are raising four lively children. He received Semicha from Torah Mitzion Institute for Judaic Studies and served as the Rav of Anshei Sfard Atlanta for two years. Ezra enjoys reading Midrashim, playing board games, and being outsmarted by his students.
