*RE-RELEASED 9/23* After so many hours, I have finally cleaned up this audio. I used a program that made a clone of my voice and then I overdubbed the parts that were corrupted - so there are some words that sound a little like a weird robot, but there's no more painful static.
Today I'm sharing tips for how ADHDers can ask for accommodations in their personal relationships, and how non-ADHDers can foster more meaningful connections with their ADHD loved ones.
