Are you a seasonal Toy? Monthly Toy? Weekly toy? Yearly toy? How often do you allow things, people, or places to treat you less than what you are? Do you change you value to keep someone in your life? Do you lower your standards to allow someone else to be higher on the thrown that you should be building for yourself? At what point do you get up and look yourself in the mirror and realize no matter how many people dropped you, misplaced you, used you, abused you, looked over you, Go get You now! Realize you are not below just because others put you there, they were not supposed to be with you on your next level, so stop allowing people to only deal with you on the level they see you at, put you first, and put some respect on your name. Others will follow, if they don’t, understand God never leaves you, he is always beside you. Every step.

Have you ever felt like your head and your thoughts was holding you back from receiving everything you ever wanted and desired? Have you ever just took the time to breathe and listen to your heart without your mind being overwhelmed with what it wants you to believe? Our own thoughts and our mindset is typically our worst enemy. We try to overlook it, cover it up with multiple things, or people, or substance abuse, but it seems as though it follows us wherever we go. So how do you stop your mind and get more into your heart? Think positive, be positive, do positive, and positive will come. But practice going towards things you want and desire and “try” to ignore your thoughts that will lead you no where but the places you’re used to going. Get up and be happy. And learn to be free, live for you, and don’t settle for the usual, create your own Usual that is casual enough for you to be comfortable to walk in, believe in, and achieve in. But most importantly Put God First.

Ask yourself how Long have control, controlled you? Twisted you, turned you, making you fit into areas, environments, places, or things that served you no purpose. Now as you’re sitting there you’re doing things because that’s what you’re “used to”. You’re saying things because that’s what you’re “used to”. You’re being a certain way, because that’s what you’re “used to”. But have you ever tried to go outside of your box? Beat that inner child out of you, look at you, face you, control you, and figure out your trauma to not have it control the you now. Allow yourself to not always be negative or think negative, and try to think positive, it feels weird doesn’t it? When you’re not used to walking into certain shoes, the shoe is tight in the beginning, so you try them on again the next day, so that you can warm up, and get comfortable, vs constantly put wear and tear on your old shoes, try putting on new ones. Try having control, vs going in the motions of what’s popular, normal, cute, trending, or what we call what runs in the family, or through generations. Don’t let old habits take control, break it! Break cycles, and fill you up! take your car back, or your feet back! Walk! And press go on that gas because you have full control now, and if you don’t have control, hopefully after this episode it will have you not only asking yourself questions, but if you have any questions for me on how I “learned, and practice having control, then feel free”!

Finding yourself can be challenging. Having high confidence within yourself can be even harder. But when you challenge yourself to not only become better in the areas that you never thought you would succeed in, but also challenge yourself to be the biggest vibration you’ve ever felt in your life. Sometimes we stop, because we can’t see what will happen if we press go. But sometimes pressing go on the things we put on pause for so long could lead us to the biggest seed of what was created and that’s you. But building self confidence takes a lot of courage because it’s like “All eyes on me” once I start to look at me, and once you look at you, you will determine that all along when you chose to look at everyone else to build you, you were tearing yourself down. With the littlest things. Some people never make it out of depression, or to be able to speak up for themselves, or appreciate who they are, or to be able to understand not only his or her purpose on this earth, but to actually live up to it, because everything is scattered into a million pieces, even you. But too many times too often we pretend that were put together and the world is scattered vs the other way around. Admit that you’re scattered but you’re putting yourself together, because as long as you believe and think that you’re well put together you will break even more. So break through don’t break off.

If you never get lost, you’ll never find a new route. There are different forms of addiction. Whether you’re addicted to Crack, cocaine, heroin, meth, alcohol, marijuana, sex, pills, depression, happiness, stress, pain, neglect, success, positivity, negativity. Whatever you are addicted to, do you understand why or how you’re addicted? Too often we judge those that’s addicted to drugs, or an drug addict. But just because you’re not on that particular hard core drug doesn’t mean you’re getting high an less than the addict, you’re an addict also, you’re drug is just different.

Stop chasing the addiction, thinking that it will not get you high. Anything you chase will either make you lower to hinder you, or make you higher to uplift you. But the highs and lows have their differences, and similarities. Lower yourself low enough to understand the lows, but appreciate the lows to gravitate your appreciation of the highs that will get higher to allow you to float properly. You are human, not a robot. Everything in life doesn’t always go as planned, but if you plan enough to know how you will imagine your life, you will not chase the addiction of the old, you will chase the addiction of the new, that will better you. But learn how you can get out of the habits that created the demon you, that allowed you to be the angel you, with the working progress of you understanding the factors of not being perfect, but appreciating the perfect moments that could be worse. Good! Better! Best! Never let it rest! Turn the good to the better! And your better into the best! I am good! I walk with good! And I talk with good! And I am good! Understand that the addictions will and cannot win. But if you are addicted to the winning mindset, and the positive side of addiction. Then now you have mastered the other side of you that is using the addiction to its maximum potential. Your past life doesn’t determine your future. Appreciating the now, understanding the now, and understanding your trials to the periods of your life now was already in court waiting for you to sentence your abilities to the cell that you will lock up and release when you’re ready for the world to see the sunlight in you.

What type of effect do you want to place upon your child, to be able to be proud of the outcome that you put into them? If you don’t provide a certain background towards or for a child, what type of background would they gravitate towards if you didn’t pull it on top of them? Strong enough to see it, feel it, and have the opportunity to possible pull the cover back, and follow the foot steps of the cover that was presented over their body. Not even realizing that a generational curse is in motion without even knowing that, that’s the motion that was place upon 3 generations ago. Learn about your past, so you’ll be able to determine a future that belongs to 2 generations ago. Break the cycle. Gravitate away, in order to gravitate towards the unknown that you made known.

When you feel as though you’re broken, it may seem as though you will never be whole again. Nothing seems to change, at least in your eyes. Everyone around you, it may feel like they’re being blessed, but in order to be blessed you have to work yourself out of darkness. Not talk yourself out of darkness and not do the work. Talk then work at the pace your mouth is moving, everyday will not be the same but start small. Growing away from being broken it makes you want to figure out ways to become whole so that you will not have to feel that feeling. But being used to a feeling is like eating the same things everyday that you know is no good, but because that’s what you crave for, or your digestive system is used to taking it in. So if you eat anything that’s making you whole, you will think it’s a trick that the food is that good, up until you break yourself again eating something that you know is nasty, it’s poison, but you eat it anyway. Because your bones are used to being broken down. Up until you pick yourself up, and decide to make yourself complete. At what point in your life, if you have gotten to it already, if you haven’t then that’s fine, but ask yourself am I whole already? What broke me? Am I broken all the way to where I have no sense of direction on how to become whole? Or am I a little bit of both, broken and whole trying to balance the two? Everything that broke you down, will help you stand up taller. Everything that cracked your bones will help you hold it together. And the best part of broken crayons, they still color, and the more and more you believe you can color, the better the picture looks, trace the outside, and color the inside your way, your vision, and with the broken that still allows you to stand tall, and look ahead, and be grateful for those dark moments that made you.

Your thought process is involved in everything you do. Sometimes we want better, to do better, and different results but we don’t change our way of thinking or our actions to get us to that point. Being your biggest critic can sometimes lead you in your own ditch, I want to be successful but I’ll just lay here and complain about not being successful. I want happiness but I’m constantly speaking negativity in my life. Is it easy for you to think yourself in a bad mood, or harder to think yourself in a good mood? Try to reverse your way of thinking and see how far you go with your thoughts, your faith, Your built up courage and energy, and the amount of love you poured in yourself to be able to pour into the universe. Fill yourself up with the fruits and labor of your thoughts and the laws of what you attract in your mind will produce itself with the right seed in your life. But you have to plant the right seed, don’t expect someone else to plant the right seeds in your garden when you can’t even describe what type of seed you would like to start with first. Live your dreams in your head and produce everything you see, your way or no way. Even if you change your mind a million times, plant your seeds and watch how it grows

What fits better in your puzzle piece? Do you even fit into your puzzle piece? Or do you have a puzzle vision, but not the pieces? Where does the scavenger of yourself begin? Is there an end? Where does finding your right self, to attract the right crowd of others start with? When you can’t find yourself everyone around you will become targets of looking like they’re enemies, but you are your own enemy. Will you become your own strength to not think others are making you weak, you tear you down, and you build you up, but building starts small then becomes big. It’s time to get new weight, and shed what’s unhealthy. Eat fresh vegetables, not drink spoiled milk, and eat bad fruit. It’s your Garden! What fruit will you put in it to make your basket full? Know that it’s okay to stop emptying out your basket to fill others. Understand how you are built before you can build someone else better than you. Take in the knowledge and criticism as a lesson, not as an attack. Grow and prosper to a different puzzle that you’re creating of yourself, don’t let no one scramble you and your brain of your puzzle pieces that you’ve found within, just because the outside looks unstable the inside is very able and capable of fullness that was once thought of, of being empty, it’s just growth in the making. Make a difference, instead of shying from the making.

A lot of times, we give advice better than we take in. We love people harder than we love ourselves, we give more than we give ourselves. So when we look ourselves in the mirror, and in our pockets we only have a dollar left out of 10,000 trying to figure out how can we spend this on ourselves, and what can I get with a dollar. But it’s okay to become selfish with yourself and go for your desires unapologetic.
