About My Guest: Greg has been involved in the fitness industry for over 18 years. He graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Kinesiology. After working for a local gym for 8 years, Greg took the next step to start up his own private studio. At first working from his home and then branching into a commercial space 5 years later. He has been operating Matrix of Motion Fitness Studios at it's current location for the last 6 years and enjoys the time he spends with his clients and managing his team of 5 therapists! Greg was previously the strength and conditioning coach for the Newmarket Hurricanes Jr. A Hockey Club and has worked with a number of high level athletes in hockey, volleyball, baseball, swimming, and snowboarding.
Greg is a family guy, married with 3 beautiful girls and is active in his community and enjoys the opportunity to give back when given the chance!
